Job Description
The "MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER" is responsible for the mechanical design of tablet presses.
- Responsible for the mechanical design of a project.
- Works in accordance with applicable quality procedures.
- Works with URS and/or design specifications as a basis.
- Designs according to the most efficient principles, in terms of cost, quality, and planning.
- Maintains contact with suppliers and subcontractors of mechanical parts.
- Creates the necessary drawings and parts lists and passes these on to work preparation.
- Provides the necessary information for drawing up documentation and manuals.
- Is the internal point of contact for questions about the mechanical design of the projects.
Required qualifications
- Bsc degree in mechanical design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design
- Good knowledge of Creo
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
