For one of our partners located near Brussels, we are looking for a Qualified Person (Medior level) to strengthen an on‑site Quality team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on QP who enjoys close collaboration with production, thrives in GMP‑regulated environments, and is eager to contribute to the safe release of high‑quality products.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Qualified Person, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products. Your main responsibilities include:
Executing batch release and certification activities for various product types in compliance with EU GMP
Supporting operational QA tasks on the shopfloor in close collaboration with production, QC, laboratories, supply chain, and QA teams
Managing and/or approving deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, retests, and other quality decisions
Handling and supporting complaint management and contributing to associated investigations
Reviewing and approving procedures and documentation related to QP responsibilities
Participating in internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections
Ensuring all activities comply with GMP standards and product dossier requirements
Acting as a reliable point of contact for production teams, maintaining a balance between operational support and regulatory authority.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive, rigorous, and collaborative Qualified Person with:
A Belgian Qualified Person (QP) number – mandatory
A degree in Industrial Pharmacy
A hands‑on operational mindset, comfortable spending time in production areas
Strong communication skills in French, with good English for cross‑functional interactions
The ability to work under pressure, make firm decisions when required, and uphold GMP standards
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Nice if you have an experience in QA, QC, production, or previous QP‑related activities
And a exposure to packaging operations
On‑site presence is required (minimal homeworking).
