Job Description
Contract & location: Permanent (CDI equivalent) – Executive / Senior Professional grade
Switzerland (client travel depending on coverage)
No people management (senior individual contributor role)

Role purpose
As a Relationship Manager, you are the primary point of contact for a Swiss-based private client base. You build long-standing relationships grounded in trust and discretion, and you coordinate tailored wealth solutions through a multidisciplinary, open-architecture approach aimed at selecting best-in-class providers and outcomes
Must-haves
Demonstrated track record in client relationship management, ideally in private banking / wealth management / investment
Ownership of a client book to onboard and expand.
No client portfolios with any Russian nexus (strict compliance requirement).
Key responsibilities
Lead client meetings and ensure ongoing, high-touch relationship coverage.
Assess client situations and objectives (risk profile, time horizon, constraints) and orchestrate suitable wealth strategies with internal specialists and trusted partners.
Support and drive client onboarding: KYC/AML documentation, record maintenance, and audit-ready traceability.
Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide relevant insights within the agreed advisory framework.
Identify and execute business development opportunities across Switzerland to expand the client network.
Ensure full adherence to FINMA requirements and internal compliance/confidentiality standards.
Coordinate internal experts to deliver holistic coverage across the full wealth management spectrum.

Operating model
An independent platform designed to mitigate single-custodian risk, reduce complexity of multiple banking relationships, protect confidentiality, and deliver a consolidated view of the client's financial position—while enabling execution and benchmarking versus custodian bank offerings
Required qualifications
Education: open (experience and interpersonal strength are valued equally)
Strong English communication skills; French, German, Spanish or other languages are a plus
Proactive, client-centric, highly discreet, and confident operating in a tightly regulated environment
Strong interest in financial markets; ability to mobilise experts in a non-hierarchical setting
Onboarding plan tailored to the candidate's background and the banking/custody model they come from
