Your Role
As a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of ARENGY's growth in the UAE. You will develop your own portfolio of clients, recruit and lead top engineering and technology talents, and manage your activity as an entrepreneur within the company.
After a structured onboarding program with hands-on coaching from senior managers, you will take full responsibility for your business unit's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Execute a Business Plan aligned with ARENGY's strategic goals in the Middle East.
- Develop and manage your client portfolio, establishing a strong network of decision-makers in Engineering, R&D, and IT.
- Drive business development across consulting services, technical assistance, and project-based solutions.
- Negotiate, close, and oversee client contracts ensuring profitability and delivery excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-potential engineers and consultants, supporting their career and personal development.
- Ensure project delivery quality and contribute to the creation of new service offerings.
- Oversee P&L management, including finance and administration for your business unit.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred) , or related field.
- Proven experience in Engineering and/or IT sectors, ideally in a consulting or solutions-based environment.
- Track record in sales, account management, and business development in large or complex organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
- Results-driven, innovative, and committed to excellence.
