Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior PCB Layout Engineer to support advanced satellite and space communication programs.
You will be involved in the design and layout of high-reliability electronic boards used in space or satellite environments, working closely with hardware, RF, and systems engineers.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise and the ability to work in a collaborative digital environment using Altium 365.
Key Responsibilities
Perform PCB layout design for complex electronic boards used in satellite systems
Work closely with hardware, RF, and systems engineers to translate schematics into robust layouts
Manage high-speed, high-density, mixed-signal and RF layouts
Ensure compliance with space / satellite constraints (EMC, signal integrity, thermal, reliability)
Apply DFM / DFA / DFT best practices
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Use Altium Designer & Altium 365 for collaborative design and data management
Contribute to continuous improvement of layout standards and methodologies
Required qualifications
Significant experience (8+ years) as a PCB Layout Engineer in aerospace, satellite, defense or high-reliability electronics
Strong expertise with Altium Designer and Altium 365
Proven experience with; High-speed digital design; RF and mixed-signal layouts; Multilayer; high-density PCBs
Good understanding of signal integrity, EMC, power integrity and thermal constraints
Ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience in space-qualified or satellite-grade hardware
Knowledge of ECSS standards or equivalent aerospace standards
Experience with rigid-flex PCBs
Previous exposure to constellation or telecom satellite programs
