Le poste
Main task is the Purchase and Sale Booking of the Securities - Equities, Bonds, Structured Product. We act central Hub for the entities of the Group:
Main responsibilities
Booking Purchase and Sale, Direct Orders / DVP Trades, Trade for Treasury Portfolio, Fund Transfer
DCD (Dual Currency) Subscription
Various taxes in connection with the purchase and sale
Control cash and securities reconciliation
Control and payment Swiss Stock Exchange Taxes and Bern Stock Exchange Taxes
Control, announcement, and payment Swiss Federal Stamp
Private Placements
Reporting SIX Exchange & BX Exchange
Weekly control for Audit (Share Point)
Profil recherché
Minimum of 2 years' experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
Good interpersonal and organization skills
Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus (is an asset)
Good command of the MS Office suite
Solution oriented and pragmatic
Team player and comfortable working in open space
Stress resistant
