Le poste
We are looking for a Head of Growth / Head of Marketing (freelance) to lead the next phase of our marketing evolution.
This is not a channel-by-channel execution role.
It is a strategic position, focused on building the marketing systems, brand positioning, and narrative required to scale the company to its next growth milestone.
You will work alongside a strong execution-focused marketing operator who already runs day-to-day performance.
Your role is to bring vision, structure, and strategic coherence — not to micro-manage or replace existing execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the global marketing strategy
- Design scalable growth systems (content, influencers, paid, conversion)
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and narrative
- Raise the bar on content quality, storytelling, and creative direction
- Translate product features into clear market-facing value propositions
- Work closely with founders as a strategic partner
- Align marketing strategy with acquisition, activation, and retention goals
This is a long-term freelance / contractor role, 100% remote, with high autonomy and impact.
Profil recherché
- 7-12+ years of experience in SaaS growth or marketing
- Proven experience scaling a company through a key growth phase (e.g. early → scale)
- Strong ability to think in systems and frameworks, not just tactics
- Excellent sensitivity to brand, messaging, copywriting, and storytelling
- Comfortable shaping narrative, tone, and positioning
- Experience working closely with founders in fast-moving environments
- Strategic thinker who stays close to execution — without owning daily operations
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and impact-driven
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, creator economy, or marketing tools
- Editorial, journalism, or product marketing background
- Strong intuition for language, wording, and brand perception
- Experience in bootstrapped or high-ownership environments
