Job Description
ALGOTEQUE is hiring an AWS Solution Architect who combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
💡 The Role
- 50% Strategic Architect:
- Collaborate with C-level executives on cloud transformation
- Design enterprise architectures and migration roadmaps
- Cloud cost estimation and financial modeling
50% Hands-on Engineer:
- Implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Build CI/CD pipelines
- Lead technical execution with development teams
Required qualifications
Must-have:
- AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
- Terraform (production-level IaC)
- Kafka (event-driven architectures)
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket)
- Microservices & serverless patterns
✅ What We Need
Technical:
🔹 3 + years AWS architecture experience (3-5 preferred)
🔹 Led cloud migration/modernization programs
🔹 Enterprise-grade cloud solutions design & implementation
🔹 Kafka + event-driven architectures
🔹 Strong AWS security, cost optimization, governance
Business:
🔹 C-level stakeholder management
🔹 Communicate technical concepts to executives
🔹 Strategic thinking + business acumen
🔹 English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced
🔹Polish - C1 minimum or native
Preferred:
