Job Description
Mission
You will organize and coordinate all tasks necessary to achieve the objectives of the furnace renovation project.
- Assist the Project Lead with project management.
- Prepare final orders (piping, takeover points).
- Organize and monitor site works as a project manager.
- Analyze and manage project risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety…) in collaboration with the technical team.
- Lead and coordinate the project team (up to 10–15 people), providing guidance and support.
- Ensure client satisfaction through precise reporting and a well-defined development plan.
- Report project status to company management.
- Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Contribute to presales activities by providing cost and schedule estimates.
Required qualifications
Profile
- Master or equivalent in engineering. Experience in a similar domain is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in managing industrial and technical projects.
- French mandatory, technical English C1 level. Italian is a plus.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, proactive in proposing solutions.
- Team player, comfortable collaborating and communicating with both the team and stakeholders.
