Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a strategic banking project focused on the evolution of a core banking system and modern integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the technological development of the banking core system.
- Design and implement integration solutions (online, batch, and data streaming).
- Lead the simplification and optimization of the core system, transitioning from a monolithic architecture to more flexible solutions.
- Design modern architectural solutions and contribute to innovative proofs of concept (POCs).
- Support the evolution toward a hybrid architecture (cloud and on-prem).
- Collaborate on defining sustainable methodologies, standards, and best practices for future development.
Required qualifications
- Experience working as a Solution Architect in complex IT environments.
- Solid hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and Delphi.
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions using technologies such as REST APIs, Kafka, and similar tools.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments (AWS and/or Oracle Cloud).
- Understanding of modern software architecture patterns and system integration principles.
- Ability to work closely with development teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient Czech, English - communicative.
