Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Enablement Engineer for a project with our international client in the EdTech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage AI tools like ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, and new platforms.
- Help teams get started with AI tools and run pilot projects.
- Provide hands-on support and tips to use AI tools effectively.
- Monitor how AI tools are used and measure their impact.
- Create dashboards to track usage, adoption, and team productivity.
- Help share results with easy-to-understand monthly reports.
- Build and test small AI prototypes and experiments.
- Turn AI ideas into practical examples teams can use right away.
- Keep AI guides, prompts, and examples up to date in a shared hub.
- Support training and onboarding to help teams adopt AI quickly.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams around the world.
- Make sure all AI work follows best practices for security, governance, and architecture.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building AI-powered software or enabling AI platforms.
- Skilled in modern LLM tools and workflows, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, PoCs, and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience in AWS-first environments for AI or data solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, serverless architectures, IAM-aware setups).
- Strong understanding of data flows, telemetry, and metrics in engineering or product contexts.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain dashboards and basic data pipelines.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and adapting to diverse working styles.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident in engaging stakeholders across countries.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
- Experience with AI agents, orchestration, or internal AI platform development.
- Background in data engineering, analytics, or platform engineering is a plus.
- Experience measuring developer productivity or evaluating the ROI of tooling.
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-country or distributed organizations.
