🎯Mission & Core Purpose
We're looking for a GTM Marketing Ops Specialist to join our GTM Ops Hub, supporting the Growth & Marketing organization.
In this role, you will own the operational setup of the lead engine inside HubSpot, ensuring that segmentation, scoring models, nurture workflows, and campaign automations run smoothly and integrate seamlessly with the broader GTM architecture.
You'll act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Paid Acquisition, Sales, GTM Ops, and HubSpot, ensuring clean data, smooth integrations, accurate attribution, and efficient inbound lead flows that support scalable marketing performance.
This role is part of the GTMOps Hub and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product.
💼 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own and maintain all Marketing Hub operations and configuration inside HubSpot
- Build and optimize nurture workflows, segmentation, and campaign automations
- Define, implement, and iterate on lead scoring models
- Manage all inbound lifecycle stages, ensuring a smooth MQL → SQL handoff
- Maintain data quality across marketing properties, forms, UTMs, and journey tracking
- Work closely with Growth & Paid Acquisition to manage integrations with:
LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Tracking & Landing Pages
- Coordinate attribution data flow and ensure alignment with GTM reporting
- Partner with the RevOps Automation Specialist on routing, lifecycle logic, and system-wide consistency
- Support the CMO and Marketing Leads with dashboards, reporting, insights, and campaign analysis
- Ensure all marketing tools integrate effectively with the broader GTM stack (webinars, landing pages, email tools, enrichment, tracking)

💡Experience & Skills
You're a data-driven marketer with a passion for systems, automation, and operational excellence. You thrive on building smooth lead flows, designing clean segmentation logic, and making sure Marketing Hub runs like a well-tuned machine. You understand how marketing and sales connect—and you enjoy being the person who makes that connection seamless.
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation Ops, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (automation, workflows, segmentation, analytics)
- Experience integrating LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms into HubSpot
- Solid understanding of the inbound lead lifecycle, scoring models, and MQL management
- Familiarity with attribution, UTMs, campaign measurement, and tracking
- A technically savvy mindset—comfortable with data, integrations, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work closely with Marketing, Paid Growth, Content, Sales, and GTM Ops teams

- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with analytics tools (Looker, GA4, BI tools, etc.)
