Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer for a project for a client in the automotive finance industry. If you want to design, build, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using your skills in integrations, Flows, and Apex, apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows).
- Write and optimize Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and batch processes.
- Implement Lightning Web Components (LWCs) when needed.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automations.
- Design, build, and support API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Mulesoft, etc.).
- Ensure robust data flow, error handling, monitoring, and documentation.
- Review the existing org setup and propose improvements for performance, governor limit management, and technical debt reduction.
- Advise on scalable architecture and automation patterns, promoting best practices across the platform.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and data model integrity.
- Work with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to translate functional needs into technical designs and support release planning, testing, and deployment activities.
Required qualifications
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Extensive experience with integration approaches, including APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems.
- Skilled at analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security frameworks, and deployment workflows (Copado).
- Holds Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PDII is a plus).
- Communicates proactively and constructively.
- Can challenge ideas thoughtfully and provide well-reasoned alternatives.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in distributed teams.
- Committed to producing clear, thorough, and accurate documentation.
- Consistently delivers robust, well-tested solutions with transparent communication and practical improvement suggestions.
