Job Description
We are seeking a QE Support Engineer specializing in Robot and TOSCA to support a high-impact pharmaceutical digital platform. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the QE automation infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of testing tools, and providing timely support to end-users across time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve Robot and TOSCA support tickets, including access, applications, and integrations.
- Monitor QE platform performance and address issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain test automation tools and infrastructure (servers, VDIs, AWS).
- Provide 18/5 support across time zones as needed.
- Install, update, and patch software; manage vendor support tickets.
- Create and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and high-maturity SDLC processes.
- Assist with audits and inspections as required.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience administering QE automation tools, including Robot Framework and Tricentis TOSCA.
- Understanding of integrated test environments and infrastructure management.
- Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and high-maturity SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience managing servers, VDIs, and cloud environments (AWS).
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support efficiently.
- Good English communication skills.
