Job Description
We are looking for a QE Infrastructure VERA Business Analyst/Admin to join a pharmaceutical digital platform project. In this role, you will ensure smooth operation and optimization of the VERA test automation infrastructure, support DevOps practices, and enable the tracking of business value through metrics and reporting. You will collaborate closely with QE and development teams to ensure efficient, high-quality testing and automation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Administer VERA support according to defined SLAs, optimize performance, and ensure business-value tracking through accurate data.
- Define updates, scaling plans, and improvements for VERA, TOSCA, and ROBOT tools; analyze potential integrations and identify in-scope and out-of-scope changes.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD and automated deployment/testing issues, collaborating with QE and development teams to ensure seamless tool usage.
- Monitor VERA ticket operations, providing 18/5 coverage as needed.
- Define governance rules for VERA integration tools (e.g., Xray) and ensure compliance.
- Track and implement performance optimization initiatives for VERA and related tools.
- Publish business metrics, ensuring timely tracking, reporting, and insights for stakeholders.
- Support audit and inspection activities related to QE infrastructure and automation tools.
Required qualifications
- Experience administering and managing test automation tools and infrastructure (VERA, TOSCA, ROBOT).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/SDLC best practices.
- Experience defining governance, rules, and scaling plans for automation tools.
- Ability to analyze tool integrations, monitor performance, and optimize usage.
- Strong reporting and business metric tracking skills.
- Good English communication skills.
