Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / Test Lead to define, drive, and execute the full testing strategy for a large-scale banking project.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy.
- Plan and coordinate resources for all testing phases.
- Manage and oversee integration (SIT), system, and UAT testing.
- Lead test planning, execution, reporting, and status communication.
- Perform integration testing: REST API, Pulsar/Kafka.
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Cooperate daily with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure testing quality in a regulated banking environment.
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in QA and test leadership.
- Strong background in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Experience with REST API testing and messaging platforms (Pulsar/Kafka).
- Performance testing experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Structured thinking and systematic approach.
- Proficient Czech, English - communicative
