Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation / Performance Engineer to join an innovative EdTech project focused on driving innovation in education area. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital solutions, helping to shape the future of learning experiences across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to deliver high-quality releases.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Drive QA best practices and contribute to testing strategies and frameworks.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in QA automation and performance testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
- Great English communication skills.
