Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the introduction of new products and/or projects at one of our pharmaceutical partners near Brussels. Reporting to the Senior PMO Manager, you will oversee all phases of project execution — from inception to completion — ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical coordination skills to deliver successful outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
As a Project Management, you :
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, working autonomously or collaboratively depending on complexity
Supervise all project activities from initiation to finalization, ensuring compliance with objectives and deliverables
Define project scope, timelines, and expectations in collaboration with stakeholders
Monitor project performance daily, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans
Ensure proper organization, planning, and technical execution of project activities
Communicate progress, risks, and actions internally and externally
Prepare and present updates during workshops, meetings, and monthly Steering Group sessions
Identify deviations (time, resources, etc.) and proactively implement corrective actions
Provide on-site support during manufacturing phases and maintain complete project documentation
Identify client and site requirements, optimizing resources and timelines
Participate in EHS initiatives
Manage project costs, invoicing, and forecasts in line with evolving activities.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
You already work in sterile production and product transfers
Knowledge in cGMP standards
You are fluent in both French and English
And autonomous in MS Office tools use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
