Job Description
As a Project Manager – Customer Focus, you will act as the primary point of contact for one of our key pharmaceutical partners located near Nivelles.
Your mission is to ensure seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and effective coordination across internal teams. You will lead project teams, monitor progress, and guarantee that deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
The Role & Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery
Establish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Support the commercial team in preparing quotations and proposals
Manage scope changes (scope creep) and ensure proper documentation and approval
Oversee project lifecycle management and ensure compliance with internal project management standards
Motivate and guide project team members to achieve objectives effectively.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or CDMO environment
You have strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are an excellent communicator and are able to build trust with clients and internal teams
You are an expert in project management methodologies and risk management practices
You communicate fluently in both English and French.
