Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control leader to join our partner's site near Charleroi for a strategic 6-month transformation project. In this role, you will oversee QC operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality culture. Acting as a key member of the Quality Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction and help redesign the QC department structure to ensure long-term sustainability.
The Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage QC laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance standards
Oversee team performance and cost center management
Represent QC within the Quality Leadership Team and contribute to strategic decisions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and strengthen quality culture
Propose and implement a new functional structure for the QC department
Support change management and foster collaboration across departments.
Required qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry
You have a proven leadership experience managing QC teams and operations
You have a strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
You communicate efficiently and stakeholder management skills
You are able to lead transformation projects and implement sustainable solutions
You communicate fluently in both English and French.
