Job Description
The Role
As a Project Engineer Packaging, you will join a dynamic engineering team within one of our pharmaceutical partners located near Brussels. You will be responsible for managing and implementing packaging-related projects, including equipment revamping, visual inspection systems, printers, and data integrity upgrades.
You will lead the coordination and execution of technical projects involving machinery, equipment, and installations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
Lead the study, coordination, and monitoring of packaging equipment projects
Draft and manage URS (User Requirement Specifications) and Change Controls
Participate in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQ
Review validation protocols and reports for equipment and systems
Build and maintain technical documentation and project-related plans
Support training of personnel following new equipment implementation
Report regularly to the Engineering Manager on project progress
Propose continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processes
Assist the Maintenance department with procedures and technical support
Organize internal and external project execution and procurement processes.
Required qualifications
Your Profile
You hold an electromechanical Engineering degree or equivalent proven experience
You have minimum 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
You are fluent in French and English
You are proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of EU GMP's and 21 CFR regulations
You communicate and present easily
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
You are detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
You are able to work independently and under pressure in cross-functional teams.
