Job Description
We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager / Quality Manager for a permanent role with our Client, an international component MRO, based in Dubai Airport.
Under this role you will be the Post holder under Part 145 regulation from multiple civil aviation authorities (EASA, FAA, GCAA, CAAC)
Main responsibilities:
- Compliance with Part 145 regulation and related activities
- Quality Assurance – Internal and external Audits
- Quality system – MOE and quality procedures
- Qualifications (personnel, providers)
- Regulatory training
- Managing 1 quality engineer.
- Reporting to General Manager
Required qualifications
- Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in MRO, including as manager for more than 3 years
- Experience in Quality for more than 5 years,
- Experience working with EASA and FAA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with team members and Civil Aviations authorities.
