Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join the Sales team in Sweden. You will be responsible for managing (60%) and expanding (40%) a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our colocation and cloud infrastructure services. Your focus: building long-term relationships, driving growth, and being a trusted advisor who helps clients optimize their infrastructure and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Account Management & Growth

- Act as the primary contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Understand clients' business objectives and infrastructure strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement.

* Customer Success & Solution Delivery

- Partner with technical and presales teams to design tailored solutions.
- Support contract renewals and lead negotiations for long-term agreements.
- Maintain detailed account plans and report on progress and performance.

* Pipeline & Market Management

- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation plans.
- Focus initially on the Swedish market, with potential to expand across the Nordics.

* Collaboration & Insights

- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
- Share customer insights and market trends to influence commercial strategy.


Required qualifications


Background & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
- Proven success selling data centre, colocation, cloud, or managed IT services.
- Experience managing mid-sized to large enterprise clients and RFP processes.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud, edge computing, and data infrastructure markets.
- Exposure to industries such as AI, gaming, media, finance, or manufacturing.

- Consultative sales approach with ability to sell solutions, not just products.
- Strategic thinker able to identify new growth opportunities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English; comfortable selling across the Nordics.
- Well-connected within Sweden's tech ecosystem.
