Engibex is looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join one of our key partners active in the design and development of high-performance electronic systems for industrial and residential applications. The team specializes in advanced drive and control technologies that combine innovation, precision, and reliability.

Your Role
- Lead the architecture and design of electronic control systems for motor drives, including inverter topologies, gate drivers, and feedback systems.
- Translate system requirements into robust electronic designs integrating power electronics, embedded control, communication interfaces, and mechanical constraints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Test, Production, Logistics, Service) and external partners to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Evaluate and select components with focus on efficiency, reliability, EMC compliance, and long-term availability.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as SiC/GaN devices, sensorless control, and advanced modulation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies, simulation tools, and validation processes.
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic design for motor control or power conversion systems.
- Strong knowledge of motor control principles, inverter design, protection circuits, and system integration.
- Familiar with industry standards (IEC, UL) and product lifecycle management.
- Confident in leading technical discussions and collaborating across disciplines.
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for innovation in power electronics and embedded control.
