Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients across your target markets (Europe, UK, Switzerland, or emerging markets).
Handle daily order flow, pricing, and execution of FX, Fixed Income, or Derivatives products.
Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to the desk's business expansion.
Collaborate with international offices to ensure best-in-class client service and seamless trade execution.
Actively participate in the development of the brand and the expansion of client relationships across regions.
Required qualifications
You are an experienced broker with a strong client network and solid expertise in rates, FX, or fixed income products. You are looking to join an international, high-performing, and fast-paced environment where autonomy, client relationships, and business growth are key.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in financial markets within a brokerage environment (FX, Rates, Bonds, Derivatives).
Proven ability to manage and develop an existing institutional client base (ideally across CHF, EUR, GBP, ZAR, NOK, or other currencies).
Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives, FX spot & forwards, and/or fixed income markets (high yield, investment grade, credit).
Fluent in English; another European language (German, French, Dutch, or Scandinavian) is a plus.
