As part of our development, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Romania, remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ย ย - Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing regular updates and feedback.
ย ย - Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
ย ย - Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
ย ย - Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and placement success rates.

Required qualifications
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
ย ย - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT job market and technical roles.
ย ย - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
ย ย - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
ย ย - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ย ย - Fluency in English; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
