Job Description
We're seeking a Customer Service and Debt Collection Lead to take ownership of commercial sales and distributions processes across the CEE region (CZ, SVK, HU, PL) for a global premium consumer goods company.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and evaluation of differences in commercial sales and distributions processes within the Global S/4 template and local CEE (CZ, SVK, HU, PL) needs, including:
-- Best practice commercial sales strategies (sales channel organizations including contracts, order processes and key account management, distribution channel management, logistics service provider arrangements, supply chain coordination, delivery scheduling methodology)
-- KPI definitions (sales targets, return rates, customer relations, delivery accuracy levels, OTIF metrics)
-- Developing an interaction model for collaborating with other business functions (Finance, Commercial, Warehouse Management etc.)
-- Policies, governance and reporting hierarchy (billings, credit terms, sales discounts and rebate agreements)
-- General terms, policies and governance (incoterms, scheduling etc.)
- Consider the strategic implications of cultural, legal and regulatory differences
- Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during the Test Stage of the project
Required qualifications
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Extensive experience in commercial sales and distribution aspects, in both an organizational and operating context
- Deep knowledge in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
