Job Description
We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist (Magento) to serve as a key technical expert responsible for the effective management and optimization of the Magento platform for a global premium consumer goods company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Magento platform, ensuring efficient product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates
- Analyse e-commerce processes and adapt global standards to meet local market requirements using advanced technical skills
- Develop and monitor e-commerce KPIs, leveraging analytics tools to drive performance improvements
- Lead technical initiatives such as UAT, feature rollouts, and process automation, while ensuring compliance and collaboration across business functions
Required qualifications
- Relevant academic background in E-commerce, Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Extensive experience managing Magento e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Experience with e-commerce analytics, reporting, and optimization
- Knowledge of integrations with payment gateways, ERP, and logistics systems
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
