Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Fiori Training Specialist to design, deliver, and support SAP Fiori training programmes across a global premium consumer goods organization. This role ensures end users and key stakeholders are equipped to use SAP Fiori applications effectively, driving business transformation and digital adoption while collaborating with business process owners, Group IT, and local management to align training with both global standards and local needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Training: Develop and conduct engaging SAP Fiori training sessions (in- person, virtual, and self-paced) for various user groups and create supporting materials such as guides and e-learning content.
- Assess Needs and Evaluate Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, and measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
- User Support and Enablement: Act as the main contact for Fiori training queries, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure users remain competent and confident.
- Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Stay updated on SAP Fiori developments, incorporate new features into training, gather user feedback, and work with IT and business teams to ensure training aligns with compliance and process standards.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering SAP Fiori training or SAP end-user training.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and related SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.).
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning tools.
- Familiarity with SAP UI5, OData services, and Fiori app configuration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, user-focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt training approaches for diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
