Job Description
We are looking for a UX Specialist to define and enhance the user experience of digital banking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Monitoring and evaluation of changes (analytical tools, interviews, etc.).
- Application audit from the perspective of consistency (design system).
Required qualifications
- UX/UI design experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong user-centered design and communication skills.
- Experience in banking or enterprise applications is a plus.
- English proficiency; Czech or Slovak required.
