Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Tester to lead testing efforts and ensure high-quality delivery in a banking project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Mentor junior testers and enforce quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve issues efficiently.
Required qualifications
- Practical experience in application testing, QA, and testing methodologies, including unit, functional, integration, load, crash, and automated tests.
- Minimum 2 years of testing experience on the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.
- Experience managing testing of application components, ensuring smooth system, integration, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
- Ability to lead testing teams, manage small projects, and work in international teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation (Wiki, SharePoint) for assigned applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, including parsing and converting documents (DOM).
- Excellent SQL skills, including development on Oracle SQL databases.
- Experience with automated testing tools and defect tracking systems (HP Quality Centre, ClearQuest, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Experience with client-side JavaScript.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, scripts (manual and automated), and test data preparation.
- Understanding of test process design, test scenarios, and test documentation.
- English proficiency; Czech or Slovak required.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of internal systems.
- Experience with scripting/programming on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms.
