Job Description
Join a major banking project as a Senior Salesforce IT Analyst responsible for designing and managing business and IT processes in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud!
Your Role:
- Manage and mentor other Salesforce IT analysts.
- Define and optimize business processes (BPMN, UML).
- Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams.
- Communicate with developers and business units to align system requirements.
Required qualifications
- Experience with the SFDC platform (Force.com IDE, SOAP/REST/Custom Webservices, Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/SOQL, Governor Limits).
- Knowledge or experience with business process design (BPMN, etc.).
- UML, object analysis – at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of and active work in Enterprise Architect.
- Knowledge of testing processes and working with testing tools.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
- Basic understanding of system integration (principles, technologies).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis.
- Good knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- English proficiency; Czech or Slovak required.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with direct banking channel systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, XML.
