Job Description
Join a large-scale banking project as a Salesforce IT Analyst working on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud!
Your Role:
- Analyze and design Salesforce-based solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and the bank's business units to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Document business processes and support system integration.
- Apply UML and object analysis.
- Work actively in a CASE Tool (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
- Participate in testing processes and work with testing tools.
Required qualifications
- Experience with the SFDC platform (Force.com IDE, SOAP/REST/Custom Webservices, Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/SOQL, Governor Limits), UML, object analysis.
- Knowledge and active work in CASE Tool (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
- Knowledge of testing processes and working with testing tools.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
- Basic orientation in System Integration (principles, technologies).
- Good knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- English proficiency; Czech and/or Slovak required.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of and experience with object-oriented programming, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with the banking environment.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, XML.
