Job Description
As part of the leadership team, you'll oversee the company's financial management across several countries, ensuring reliability, performance, and strategic alignment.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead the monthly closing process (P&L, balance sheets, adjustment entries).
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (reconciliations, due dates, provisions).
- Supervise client invoicing and oversee partner commission management.
- Implement and monitor debt collection processes (follow-ups, disputes, overdue payments).
- Ensure accurate multi-bank and multi-currency reconciliations.
- Build and monitor annual budgets, reforecasts, and monthly performance analyses.
- Develop and track financial KPIs (margins, cash flow, fixed costs, profitability).
- Lead and mentor a small team of 3 (training, guidance, upskilling).
- Manage partner contracts and legal compliance (clients, vendors, regulatory obligations).
- Contribute to legal and administrative matters (contracts, insurance, compliance).
- Prepare financial reporting in English for the management team and international partners.
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with accounting/finance software such as PennyLane, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or Xero.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based financial tools (PennyLane in Europe, Zoho Books/Zolo in the UAE).
- Experience working with Payment Service Providers (Stripe, Hotmart, PayPal, Mollie, etc.).
- Strong understanding of multi-country and multi-currency financial flows (EUR, AED, USD, CHF).
- Interest in business intelligence and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, advanced Excel).

- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and organizational ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with natural leadership to manage a small team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
