We are hiring an Helicopter Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and operational management of rotary aviation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, safety standards, and industry best practices. He/She provides hands-on leadership across flight operations and maintenance, coordinates with multiple stakeholders, and act as deputy to the Senior Program Manager to ensure continuity and mission success.
Job Description
Duties & responsabilites :
1) Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive aviation program plans covering scope, cost, schedule, and resources, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
2) Risk and Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure accountability through transparent performance reporting.
3) Operational Oversight: Maintain operational readiness of aircraft and support systems, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules, upgrades, and aviation standards.
4) Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison among internal teams, clients, OEMs, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and clear communication.
5) Team Development: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, safety awareness, and a culture of accountability and improvement.
6) Compliance and Safety: Enforce adherence to aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, GCAA, UAEMAR) and promote a robust safety management system across all program activities.
Required qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 Years Experience in Rotary Aviation modification and operations
- Knowledge of Aviation Regulations (Military and Civil Regualtions (EASA, GCAA, UAEMAR etc.)
- Knowledge of Airworthiness concepts and the application of those concepts
- Knowledge of Program/Project management principles
