Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Lead .NET Developer to join our team working on a long-term digital product used daily by thousands of users in the education and public sector. As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of backend solutions, supporting web and desktop applications, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and services.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend solutions using modern .NET technologies
(.NET 8+ as well as legacy .NET Framework 4.7+).
- Develop and maintain both web and desktop applications (WinForms wit DevExpress (ASP.NET).
- Work with Azure Functions (and AWS Lambda for cloud-based processing).
- Design and manage databases in MS SQL and Azure CosmosDB, including SQL Database Projects.
- Optimize system performance using Redis caching mechanisms.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows with IdentityServer.
- Ensure quality and stability through the development of unit and integration tests.
- Integrate applications with existing internal and external systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) in an Agile
environment.

Who you are:
- You have several years of experience as a .NET Developer, including hands-on leadership or mentoring.
- You're comfortable working with both modern .NET Core/8+ and legacy .NET Framework codebases.
- You understand how to build scalable cloud-based solutions.
- You value code quality, testing, and clean architecture.
- You're proactive, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team setup.
Required qualifications
Strong experience with:
- .NET 8+, .NET Framework 4.7+
- Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Service Bus
- WinForms (DevExpress), ASP.NET, ASP.NET 4.7+,
- SQL database projects, CosmosDB
- Excellent English and Polish language skills in communication (spoken and written).
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and test automation.
- Experience with Containerization And Orchestration( Docker)
- Experience with microservices architecture
