Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our commercial presence in the Benelux region. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with strategic customers, including pharmacy chains, wholesalers, e-retailers, and buying groups.
Main Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for major accounts and develop tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
Define and implement account strategies and annual business plans to meet growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to generate additional growth.
Negotiate agreements, pricing, and terms to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
Monitor key account performance, market trends, and competitive activity, providing insights to shape future strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, planning, and finance teams to ensure successful execution.
Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Travel
Business trips expected: around 3–4 weeks per year
Required qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, sales, or business development, ideally in pharmaceuticals, dermo-cosmetics, or FMCG
Proven track record with large retail or e-commerce accounts
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all levels
Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset
