One of our client, an Aircraft Manufacturer, is looking for an Aircraft Spare Parts Customer Representative. This is a 1 year project based in New Dheli (India).

Job Description

Mission purpose: Act as the primary on-site liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient material flow, delivery performance, and coordination between internal teams and the customer's operations. Main tasks: - Serve as the main point of contact for all material-related topics: deliveries, returns, repairs, and logistics issues. - Build a material management cockpit to prioritize Customer needs - Monitor and manage shipments, order statuses, and inventory levels in real time. - Proactively work with the Aircraft Manufacturer Material Account Representative to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays. - Participate in customer operational meetings and escalate issues internally when needed. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction. - Provide training or guidance to customer teams on relevant planification management. - Coordinate customer needs with financial viability and operational feasibility.

Required qualifications

Key skills: - Aerospace industry knowledge (PBH program, MRO, spare parts, AOG handling). - ERP/CRM proficiency (SAP, AMASIS, Quantum, etc.). - Supply chain & logistics expertise: inventory management, lead times, delivery tracking. - Strong communication skills: able to represent the company professionally. - Customer-oriented mindset: responsive, diplomatic, and solution-focused. - Analytical thinking: KPI tracking, root cause analysis. - Strategic analytical thinking: ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into impactful decisions. - Financial awareness: understanding of cost structures, budgeting, and value-driven logistics. - Autonomy & reliability: able to manage tasks in a high-demand environment. Background: - Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aerospace Engineering, or MRO related field. Salary proposed: - 1,00,000 to 1,10,000 INR per month
