As part of its growth, the company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to strengthen its Industrialization & Product Development team.
Job Description
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the industrialization and product development process across multiple stakeholders, including R&D centers, industrial partners, suppliers, and end customers. The successful candidate will combine a strong technical background in embedded systems and electronics industrialization with proven experience in managing complex, multi-entity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrialization & development projects from concept to production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, suppliers, manufacturing, customers)
- Translate research outputs into manufacturable, certifiable products
- Define project plans, risks, and resources, ensuring timely delivery
- Oversee industrial readiness of hardware and real-time embedded software
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for secure and autonomous systems
Required qualifications
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field
- 8+ years minimum in product development & industrialization (HW & real-time embedded SW)
- Strong knowledge of industrialization processes & certification requirements
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
