Job Description:
We are looking for a System Integration Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for integrating mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems into cutting-edge transmission solutions. You will play a key role in coordinating, validating, and supporting the full product lifecycle, ensuring subsystem compatibility and performance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the integration of subsystems (mechanical, electronic, and software) across development and production phases.
Ensure subsystem compatibility and follow their product lifecycle.
Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.
Develop a high-level technical overview for each transmission configuration and assess subsystem maturity.
Lead integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with testing teams.
Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with design, testing, and production teams to resolve integration challenges.
Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions.
Contribute to the creation and release of technical product documentation.
Required qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems.
Knowledge of system engineering tools and requirement management tools.
Team-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
