The Project
For a large-scale water treatment plant construction project in Angola, we are seeking a Site Manager to supervise the construction phase of the project.
Job Description
Overview of the role
- Supervise and drive site activities (civil works, mechanical, electrical) while ensuring compliance with schedule and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage interfaces between different disciplines.
- Monitor and control the execution of works against drawings and specifications, handling non-conformities when required.
- Provide regular reporting and act as the main point of contact for the client on site.
Required qualifications
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in site supervision.
- Proven experience in water treatment or Oil & Gas construction projects, including engineering and procurement phases.
- Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
