Job Description
You'll be joining the software team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.
Your responsibilities will span the implementation and continuous improvement of our Continuous Integration infrastructure, the validation of software delivered to customers, and hands-on support during customer integration testing.
You'll also oversee the follow-up and resolution of reported bugs, helping to maintain high-quality software throughout the development cycle.
Your main responsibilities as a Firmware Test & Validation Engineer
- Restart the continuous integration infrastructure that was developed before.
- Integrate new tools inside the CI infrastructure.
- Implement new test cases in the CI infrastructure.
- Define and manage the validation procedure for the software before delivery to the customer.
- Support the customer for the integration of our system into the customer's system.
- Propose improvement for the testing infrastructure of the software.
- Analyse in first line the bug reported, assign them to the right people and ensure corrections are implemented in appropriate timing.
- Propose improvement to the SW development and SW Bug handling processes.
Required qualifications
- You are an Embedded Software Engineer or an Electrical Engineer, or a Mechatronic Engineer
- You have professional experience with embedded C code development.
- You have professional experience with V-cycle process and software quality assurance.
- You have experience with python.
- You have experience with IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
- You are very motivated by the challenge of the project.
- You are fluent in English (French is a plus).
