Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join our team working with leading global industrial companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the IEC61850 standard into digital automation products, working in an international environment and serving as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the reference expert for the IEC61850 standard within the product development team.
- Lead the implementation of IEC61850 in digital automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap.
- Drive the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and oversee the industrialization of validated solutions.
- Ensure alignment with international standards and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and departments.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in industrial automation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the IEC61850 standard and its applications.
- Experience in managing POCs and transitioning solutions to industrial scale.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background preferred.
