Description: 1/Service Context: The service will be operating in the Group Data, AI & Innovation Division (GDAI), in the Data & AI Products Team within the Group Data Office Department. GROUP OPERATIONS AND GDAI In the last years, significant work has been done to digitize business model so far. Nevertheless, due to massive technological changes, customers' expectations and behaviors have evolved significantly. Thus, we are convinced that we must accelerate our technological transformation to achieve our ambition to become an innovative tech-led company. The opportunities offered by data and technologies are massive both for our traditional insurance business and for new services to achieve our Payer to Partner ambition. Group Operations sets the tone and must play its role as one of the major catalysts. We are the ones triggering and empowering the evolution of our insurance business model through technology and innovation, driving its concrete implementation globally at speed, with a high quality of advisory and execution. Data & AI are at the core of the 2024-2026. Within Group Operations, the Group Data AI and Innovation (GDAI) team explores and scales the value of data, AI, and emerging technologies with the potential to disrupt the current insurance business model and to shape future opportunities in order to better partner in our customers' lives. THE DATA & AI PRODUCTS TEAM, WITHIN THE GROUP DATA DEPARTMENT The Group Data Department brings leadership, expertise and community management in 4 domains: - Data & AI Strategy, as the overarching umbrella, through governance involving Chief Data & Analytics Officers, Business Leaders, COO/CIOs, Compliance/Risk/Security; - Data & AI Culture, through a collaboration with the HR and Communication functions as well as Business Leaders, leveraging the community of local Heads of Data Culture; - Information Management, covering Data & AI Governance, Data Quality, Data Documentation, Data Modelling, Data & AI Risks, leveraging the local Heads of Data Management Offices; evolving to integrate AI and Generative AI and a growing usage of external and unstructured data; - Data & AI Products, covering the design, orchestration and delivery of Data & AI Products across entities and Group, unlocking the access to data & AI across domains (by design silo-ed). Within the Group Data Department, the Data & AI Products Team drives Data Mesh/Data Product transformation to simplify the deployment of analytics use cases, and accelerate AI innovations, using a Data Mesh paradigm to ease data interactions between Group & Entities without centralizing local data platforms. The main missions of the Team are: - Support business value creation, bringing both global & local data products to life on global priorities o Set-up a global data product governance, managing the data products portfolio & lifecycle o Lead the execution of major transversal data programs (Customer 360) o Support the design & delivery of (global) data products to support business initiatives on global priorities o Monitor & ensure data availability & accessibility for AI at local & group level - Build & maintain a future-proof self-service Global Data Platform enabling Entities & Business autonomy, aligned with customer & market evolving standards for data & AI innovation - Ensure data architecture readiness for Business & AI transformation, through the design of common frameworks/standards with Entities, and support to drive their implementation -------------------- 2/Service description: The Service must have data analysis & data modelling expertise, service to support various business initiatives of customer, notably Compliance, Growth, and the dissemination of shared data & AI solutions across the Group (Contact Center, Claims, Underwriting). The service will: - Provide contribution to the definition of data requirements covering all the data dimensions (business definitions, data quality, data products, data governance, unstructured data management, data platforms, architecture, etc.), based on Group requirements and the work of some Entities having developed local solutions to scale; - Provide the definition of the related data quality & readiness assessment to measure the maturity of Entities; - Provide the design and delivery of a dashboard to report on data quality & data readiness of Entities, with engagement with stakeholders across Group and Entities; - Provide contribution to the definition and implementation of a data quality remediation plan to progress towards expected business objectives; - Provide data management & modelling expertise to (co-)develop and progress best practices, frameworks and standards and share in the communities with Entities to support local & group needs, including the scaling of identified solutions; - Provide support needed on local data products to enable possible convergence on selected scope, relying on local data governance to manage local data products and business expertise; - Main scope will be related to Customer Data Domain and Contact Center initiatives, including external data related to Customer (Dun & Bradstreet, Standard & Poors, etc.) but other domains could be covered (Claims, Underwriting). Customer definitions refer to B2C & B2B and other customer-related roles (beneficiary, company representatives, etc.); - In collaboration with the Group Data Office Team for data management, data governance, unstructured data expertise (not exhaustive), including alignment with business initiatives leads; - In collaboration with the Data Architecture Lead and the Group Technology Office to ensure data architecture & modelling activities are aligned with internal standards and architecture guidelines. The service will be provided in hybrid model setup with Service provider's personnel presence on-site expected: min 2 days / week + mandatory on-site days and necessary on-site meetings (3 days/week in average). -------------------- 3/Service Deliverables: Service to provide: - The definition of data requirements including business definitions, data products & data quality requirements - The definition of a data quality & readiness assessment of Entities to support those initiatives, with the delivery of a related monitoring & remediation plan

Profil recherché

4/Expertise: Service to be provided with recourse to the following set of expertise: Functional expertise: - Service with a minimum of 8 years of proven live expertise in data analysis / data management in large organizations with hands-on expertise in data modelling and data quality management - Mandatory; - Service with good expertise in Customer Data Domain and related tools and processes (MDM, deduplication, 3rd party data) - Mandatory; - Service with good expertise in unstructured data management - Desirable; - Service with good expertise in Data Product and Data Mesh concepts - Desirable; - Service with good expertise in the insurance sector and Acord Reference architecture – Nice to Have Technical expertise: o Strong expertise in PowerBI – Mandatory; Other expertise: - Service provider's personnel with: o Ability and eagerness of strategy and business usages, and formalize solutions starting from a business perspective o Ability to formalize the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary; o Strong sense of priorities; o Organizational and structuration expertise o Ability to interact with a network of stakeholders from various backgrounds and levels (business, data & AI, IT) multi-cultural environment - Service Environment and context: o English environment – Mandatory Paris 17
