Job Description

Duration: 5 months, 100% allocation
Location: Remote with occasional office visits in Prague (approximately 1x every two weeks - flexible requirement)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in IT and financial systems projects to join our organization and support our project portfolio management initiatives.
Role Purpose / Summary
Support the organization in managing the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, benefit tracking, governance, and reporting. Act as delivery manager for smaller projects involving cross-system requirements (business analysis, identification of impacted systems, coordination of design, evaluation, and delivery of required changes). Act as project manager for selected projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget. Provide methodology, reporting, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management
Support portfolio governance processes and reporting
Maintain consolidated portfolio view (status, dependencies, efforts, benefits)
Conduct the prioritization, delivery planning, tracking and pro-active management across requirements & projects
Ensure alignment with strategy and business objectives
Delivery of "Small Projects"
Delivery end-to-end small projects (cross-system requirements)
Conduct business analysis of requirements, identify impacted systems, coordinate design and evaluation of required changes, manage delivery
Project Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects (initiation → closure)
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks/issues logs, communication plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare reports and presentations for steering committees
Ensure compliance with company's standards relevant for project management
