Role Description
Pioneer AI-Augmented Agility
Leverage AI Agile Agents that automatically monitor team health and predict delivery risks
Use intelligent dashboards that surface actionable insights for scalable team optimization
Scale your impact across multiple teams with smart automation tools
Drive High-Impact Delivery
Own and manage team backlogs, ensuring work is properly clarified, prioritized, and delivered
Escalate blockers and delivery risks to relevant stakeholders proactively
Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams
Master Enterprise-Scale Agile
Support implementation and operation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Participate in scaled ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple teams
Facilitate effective communication within and across teams for alignment
Shape Team Culture & Growth
Drive retrospectives and promote continuous improvement initiatives
Foster agile maturity and operational excellence aligned with strategic goals
Build a culture of learning and adaptive leadership
Required qualifications
Essential Experience:
3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong background in backlog management and delivery coordination
Experience facilitating cross-team communication and stakeholder management
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery practices
Comfort with AI-enhanced workflow tools and data-driven insights
Core Competencies:
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience driving process improvement and organizational change
Ability to work independently as B2B contractor
Fluency in English; Czech language is a plus
