Job Description
Join the R&D Center of an innovative company in the automotive sector, specializing in the development and validation of conventional, hybrid, and electric powertrains.
Your responsibilities:
Operate and further develop advanced test rigs to evaluate the performance of transmissions and propulsion systems.
Enhance the test rig environment, hardware, and software with a focus on innovation and measurement precision.
Work with a real-time platform combined with Python and CANape as automation tools.
Take full ownership of assigned test rigs: operation, routine maintenance, upgrades, and continuous optimization.
Serve as the main contact for operational issues, implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate closely with validation and test engineering teams, test rig operators, and other R&D departments to optimize processes.
Develop tools and documentation to standardize operations and improve testing quality and efficiency using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required qualifications
Engineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience) with a strong interest in mechatronic systems.
Solid programming background.
Basic knowledge of control theory, structural dynamics, and high-voltage applications.
Experience or knowledge in the following is considered an asset:
Automotive testing
Sensors and data acquisition
Test equipment and electromechanics
