Job Description

Do you enjoy developing client relationships and making an impact in the fast-paced tech industry? At Algoteque, we're seeking a Client Acquisition Manager to play a key role in growing our client portfolio across Europe and internationally. We focus on providing nearshore software development teams and IT staffing solutions, serving a wide range of industries such as fintech, logistics, e-commerce, and more. Your responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to prospective clients seeking nearshore software development or IT staffing solutions. - Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and procurement leaders. - Work closely with our delivery and recruitment teams to develop compelling proposals and offers. - Act as a representative of Algoteque at industry events and client meetings, both virtually and in person. - Monitor market developments and competitor movements to inform and enhance strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications

What we're looking for: - Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (ideally in IT or software development). - Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). - Self-driven, proactive attitude with a growth mindset. - Nice to have: fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
