Our client is a Switzerland-based company 🇨🇭 providing technology-driven solutions for wealth managers – combining data, technology & investment expertise to deliver personalized investment at scale.
🛠️ Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer (Mid-Level) to join a highly skilled engineering team working on a core investment platform. You will work with Java 17, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to design and build scalable and maintainable backend solutions.
✅ Responsibilities
🔨 Design, build, and enhance features of the investment platform.
🔄 Own the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, deployment, monitoring & support.
🧹 Deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
☁️ Collaborate on designing scalable cloud-based solutions.
🔍 Ensure quality, maintainability, and sustainability of delivered software.
Required qualifications
💻 Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
🐳 Experience with Gradle, Docker, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
☁️ Basic knowledge of AWS or another cloud platform.
🔗 Experience with API design and backend systems.
🧠 Strong problem-solving skills and passion for clean code.
🤝 Team player with excellent communication skills.
🌍 Very good command of English (spoken and written).
📝 B2B contract (JDG – Sole Proprietorship) is mandatory.
🌟 Nice to Have
⚡ Experience with Kotlin, TypeScript, Angular.
🔌 Knowledge of REST/gRPC, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
🔧 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
