We are seeking an experienced Senior Collibra Platform Developer with Subject Matter Expert (SME) level expertise to join our data governance team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing sophisticated workflows within the Collibra Data Governance platform to automate and streamline critical governance processes across the organization.
About This Role
As our Senior Collibra Platform Developer, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Collibra workflows and automation. You'll be responsible for transforming complex data governance requirements into efficient, automated workflow solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical implementations that enhance our data governance capabilities and user experience.
Required qualifications
Workflow Development & Design
Design, develop, and implement complex workflows in Collibra to automate data governance processes
Customize and extend Collibra workflows using Collibra's Workflow Designer and advanced scripting capabilities
Maintain and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Management
Collaborate with data governance teams, business stakeholders, and IT to gather comprehensive requirements
Translate business requirements into effective, scalable workflow solutions
Provide training and guidance to end-users and administrators on workflow usage and management
Technical Excellence & Support
Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow-related issues while providing ongoing platform support
Ensure all workflows comply with organizational policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements
Document workflow designs, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with Collibra platform enhancements and recommend workflow improvements accordingly
Drive optimization initiatives to enhance system performance and user adoption
